Vinyasa

Vinyasa links breath and movement in a seamless flow: each inhale lifts and opens, each exhale grounds and twists. This breath-led choreography builds strength, flexibility, and clarity, transforming practice into a moving meditation.

Personal Training

As your personal trainer, I craft a fully customised yoga, Pilates, or movement programme aligned with your goals and lifestyle.

 

Sessions can take place at my studio, your home, the office, outdoors anywhere that works for you and may be one-on-one, with a partner, or in a private group.

Yin / Restorative Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice of long-held floor postures that gently stress the deep connective tissues, hydrating fascia and preserving joint mobility. By stimulating the meridian system it harmonises energy flow, fostering profound relaxation and emotional equilibrium.
